This week I'm still focused on my non-fiction reading but I'm also zipping through some of the books on the ALA's Top 100 Most Challenged Books of 2010-2019 (see previous post for full, annotated list). And I'll be honest. I'm having so much fun. The books are delightful (Captain Underpants! [spoiler alert!] Who knew he's really the principal!!!????) and I'm learning so much. For real. Reading widely and rotating through fiction and non-fiction is fending off boredom and reading fatigue. Who needs to take a reading holiday when I can just read something entirely different and be refreshed and reading ready?
